Approvers are given the option to Update the Status of a disputed SCAR by following these steps:
1. From the SCARs menu: Click on the Open SCARs section of the SCARs Dashboard:
2. Use the filter to go from Open to Disputed SCARs:
3. Locate the disputed SCAR and click on the Disputed Status section:
4. Review the dispute and choose from Open or Void Status > Add all required fields > Click Update Status button to finalize the process.
5. A pop up will appear to confirm the Update, SCAR will move from the Disputed section to Open.
6. Supplier will be notified of update.
