1. From the sidebar menu, click on CARs or SCARs (Depending your situation). 
2. Locate the Indicent you'd like to convert, then click on the Details button.
3. Review the Incident Information then click on Accept.
4. Choose from Request RPS or Request SCAR.
5. After choosing an option, the following Pop Up and Section will appear.
