RPS Level 1 only requires Acknowledgement from the Team leader (supplier).
After a Customer has approved an Incident and selected an RPS Level 1, click on the Notification (or email) that was sent to your user to be taken directly to the RPS that requires your acknowledgement:
2. Review the Problem definition.
3. Click on Close RPS tab > Acknowledge button > Yes.
4. After clicking Yes, the screen will update like shown below.
NOTE: Corrective actions are not needed for RPS Level 1.
