How To Assign Viewer Permissions to a Supplier Contact

Please note that only NPI MASTERS have the authority to perform this action.

Viewer permissions (emitter manager role) enables suppliers to view ALL PPAPs assigned to their supplier company. Please note that this permission solely grants access to view the PPAPs. To upload documents, they must be assigned the responsible supplier.

1. Navigate to the Suppliers view and find the Company associated with the supplier who needs the role assignment. Click on "Details" for that Company.

2. Find the supplier contact, then select "Edit."

3. In the Roles section, choose "Emitter Manager," then click on "Edit Contact."

NOTE: SUPPLIER ROLE IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO SELECT
