How to delete a SUBMITTED PPAP element (deliverable)

To remove a PPAP element document in the SUBMITTED status, follow these steps:


1. Navigate to the Component PPAP/FAI dashboard and select the specific PPAP containing the submitted document that needs to be removed. 


2. Locate the PPAP element that has the SUBMITTED status, then click on the Documents button.



3. Click on the menu icon (button with the three dots), then click on Delete



4. Click on the Yes button. A pop up will appear on the right hand corner to confirm the removal of the document.
