PPAP element approvers can come across PPAP element documents (deliverables) that aren't viewable when granting disposition. This is because the deliverable includes a ZIP file and must be downloaded to be viewed.
EXAMPLE
TO DOWNLOAD ZIP FILE
1. Locate the Element where you need to grant disposition > Click Documents button.
2. Click on the Details button of the Document.
3. Click on the Download button.
4. Choose Save location to start download > Open File and Review.
