How do I create a new user (supplier contact)?

TO ADD NEW SUPPLIER CONTACTS, NPI OR NPI MASTER ROLE IS REQUIRED. 

SUPPLIERS MUST OPEN A TICKET OR CONTACT THEIR CUSTOMERS IF A NEW SUPPLIER USER IS NEEDED.


1. From the dashboard, click on the AVL option located on the left bar menu.



NOTE: If AVL tab is not activated: Administration Tab > Suppliers




2. Click on the Details button.


3. Click on the Add contact button.


4. Fill out all required fields and click Add Contact button.


NOTE: Suppliers cannot create supplier contacts.
